Biola Alabi Media is a fast-growing media company dedicated to telling authentic African stories to the world. Our mission is to develop content that will ignite your curiosity no matter who you are or where you are in the globe. We create stories that connect, resonate and entertain African and international audiences around the world, across every platform.

Since BAM’s launch in 2016, the company has released two award-winning feature films and two documentary series. The first documentary celebrates African food culture and the second chronicles Lagosians’ experiences during the early days of the Covid-19 pandemic. The company has also published a children’s book that promotes science, technology, engineering, and mathematics (STEM) and adventure for young learners, and launched a training platform for first-time filmmakers.

We continue to expand our operations as an omnimedia group with projects and initiatives in film and television development and production, brand marketing and advisory for our clients, and investments in new media and technology ventures at the intersection of culture, storytelling and improvement of the lives of Africans.

We produce highly engaging and informative content for broadcast and digital platforms. Our shows have been licensed by Africa Magic (Pan Africa), The Africa Channel (USA), Yanga TV (UK), Kwese TV (Pan African), and Nuvu TV (Pan Africa).

Digital

We help brands create meaningful content, engagement and experiences for their customers and target audience. We also leverage customer data to create and improve client’s digital marketing strategy.

Marketing

We create experiences that combine trends and tools to reach the largest number of people in your market including creation and design of advertising collaterals, planning and management of marketing activations.

Advisory & Consultancy

We have extensive knowledge and cross-sector expertise in media, telecommunication, e-commerce and the entertainment industry worldwide. We advise a wide range of brands on market entry strategy, marketing, customer acquisition, digital transformation, video on demand services (SVOD, AVOD, TVOD), media training and development.

Training & Development

We are committed to the development of the next generation of storytellers in Africa. This is why we have partnered with the British Council, Lagos State Employment Trust Fund (LSETF), and Creative England to support 12 teams of emerging filmmakers in the hopes of improving the quality of films and increase the revenues generated by the industry.
