The Grooming for Greatness Program embraces the philosophy that realizing your greatness is an attainable goal if provided with adequate resources. Napoleon Hill considered one of the great writers on success said, “The starting point of all achievement is desire.” At the heart of the Grooming for Greatness program, lies the principle that with the right information and insight, a facilitator, and access to leaders who have already forged a path to outstanding success; rising corporate and commercial stars can create a compelling vision for their own future and ultimately fulfill their true potential. Grooming For Greatness is passionate about the next generation of African leadership and is committed to its development.
PURPOSE OF THE PROGRAM
The Grooming for Greatness Program is the flagship program out of the Grooming for Greatness and Purpose Foundation. The program seeks to cultivate an African platform for young and aspiring professionals and entrepreneurs that recognize the challenges and opportunities inherent in embracing personal greatness on this continent. These individuals will receive an unparalleled year of training, mentorship, and personal & professional development that will aid them in assuming various leadership roles across Africa.
Program Objectives
To provide participants with access to relevant and outstanding role models and leadership tools, including recommended literature, through which they can widen their knowledge base whilst simultaneously drawing inspiration and ideas. To assist participants with mapping their own life-specific goals and ambitions. To create a vehicle through which industry heavyweights can share their experiences and expertise, thereby helping them fulfill their responsibility to groom the next generation of great African business leaders. To meet the demand across Africa for greater meaningful interaction between leaders of industry and those who wish to follow in their footsteps.
PROGRAM ROLL-OUT
A year-long program, commencing with a three (3) day immersion program, during which a group of no more than Fifteen (15) hand-picked participants are guided through a curated program of workshops, one on one leadership development and ongoing mentoring each designed to complement the other, in a synergistic approach to development training. Ultimately, each gathering should help participants derive real value in a learning environment that is committed to building confidence and laying the basis for positive achievement.
